01Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One account per person. Shared accounts breach licence terms and may be suspended.
02Purchases and delivery
Prices are shown in Toman (تومان), excluding VAT where applicable; tax is calculated at checkout from your billing jurisdiction.
Delivery is immediate: files appear in your library and are served through signed, per-account links that expire after 24 hours and can be regenerated at any time.
03Creator obligations
Creators warrant they own or are licensed to sell everything they upload, including bundled third-party components.
Listings must be accurate, previews must represent the delivered files, and updates must not remove advertised functionality. Marketplace review precedes publication.
04Commission and payouts
The platform retains a tier-based commission on each sale. Net earnings clear after the buyer protection window and settle twice monthly to a verified bank account.
Payouts require completed identity and tax verification. Unverified balances are held, not forfeited.
05Prohibited conduct
No redistribution of purchased files, credential sharing, automated scraping, review manipulation, or attempts to bypass download protections.
No malware, infringing material, or content that is unlawful in the jurisdictions we serve. Violations lead to removal and, where warranted, permanent closure.
06Liability and changes
Products are provided as described by their creators. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
